Click and Collect

You can pay for and reserve your item online, then collect it from the shop during our usual opening hours.

We are located at 3 High Street, Downham Market and our opening hours are as follows:

Mon: Closed
Tue: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Wed: Closed
Thu: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Fri: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Sat: 9:30 am – 4:00 pm
Sun: Closed

Please allow at least 24 hours between purchase and collection.

Mainland UK Deliveries

Deliveries are available for mainland UK addresses and are sent out by second class signed for post. We aim to post your items out within two working days.

Free delivery is available for purchases over £50.

There is a delivery charge of £4.10 per parcel, for purchases under £50. Where you have purchased more than three items, it may be necessary to dispatch items in multiple parcels. In such cases we will contact you in regards to any additional postage charges where applicable.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Tickled Pink Boutique offers a no quibble guarantee. In the event you may wish to return an item, please contact the shop by email boutiquejanmoloney@yahoo.com

Terms For Our Made In Italy New Wholesale Items.

You can return your purchase for any reason within one month of purchase, providing they are returned in their original condition, and tag attached, with the receipt. Returns are the buyer’s responsibility and we suggest you use second class signed for post to ensure safe delivery, as items returned are at the buyer’s own risk and cost.

Please enclose your name and contact details are with the item. Also reason for returning the item. Please send the parcel to:

Upon inspection, a refund will be cleared for you through the payment method you used to pay with, we aim to process this swiftly, but please allow 7 days for this to happen. Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges.

Terms for agency returns.

As all these items are technically second hand, albeit mostly unworn and gently worn condition, we cannot offer returns for these items, they are all thoroughly inspected for faults in the item and the description of the item before posting. So will arrive as described and in the condition you purchased the item in.
